AECPC 503 is Polymer based Coating for Concrete Surface. The product is designed to protect the reinforced concrete surface from Moisture, Water, Carbon Dioxide, Sulphates & Chloride ions, Industrial Pollution, Chemicals and acid attacks. The Product has elastomeric property. It is suitable for Exterior & Interiors concrete surfaces. The product is made from fine inorganic fillers, Additives, inorganic Pigments, Very fine Quality Polymers , etc. The product comes in a single pack. Ready to use product, Easy to apply with Brush Roller/Spray, Elastomeric-Crackresistance to Concrete Structures, Water Proof, Resistance to Alkaline, Acid, Stains, Carbon Dioxide, Chlorideions, Anti–Fungusand Anti – Algae, ndustrials Pollution, and UV.

SURFACE PREPARATION FOR PREVIOUSLY PAINTED SURFACES
Old paint if any should be sanded thoroughly to remove completely all loose particles. Mechanical methods are most suitable. Exterior surface previously coated with cement paint should be wire brushed and washed with water thoroughly and allowed to dry. Treatment for algae / fungal growth remains same as new concrete surface. All cracks should be treated appropriately using elastomeric sealant or crack repair materials.
To produce better bonding, to control the surface absorption a coat of primer APBP 103 should be applied by brush or roller without diluting between 12 to 35 degree centigrade by covering the area of 50 – 55 sft. / Ltr.
FINISHING COAT EXTERIOR APPLICATION
Apply two neat coats of Protective coating without any dilution by using Roller or Brush or spray. It should be ensured that the second coating is to be done when the first coat is dried for 5 to 6 hours. And also ensure that the paint coated surface should not contact with water at least for 48 hours. Allow 21 days the coated surface for normal drying to achieve all product properties.
